Any new features or tools which are added to the current service shall be also subject to these Terms and Conditions. Payment
Payment for our services is made in full//Half payment by the client in order to commence web design and other services we provide. On confirmation of payment, a receipt will be issued based on the contact information we are provided with.
Supply of Information
The client is responsible for providing all necessary information in order to execute the project. Such information includes logos, contact information, website content, images/videos for advertising, etc. Where there is any delay in providing necessary information, we reserve the right to delay commencement of the respective project until all information has been given.
Changes/Corrections to Projects/Services
Website projects are up and running within approximately 5 working days. On the 3rd day of development, the client is given the opportunity to review and give feedback on his/her project. However, any major deviations from initially agreed upon or unknown specifications will attract some charges.
Names and Trademarks
Clients hereby grant Ghana Web Designs a non-exclusive right to use Client’s trade names and logos as are used by Client’s hosted sites, including but not limited to screenshots of Client’s hosted sites and associated photographs appearing on Client’s hosted sites (“Customer Public information and images”), on Ghana Web Design’s own websites describing and promoting our Services.
Termination of Service
Ghana Web Design’s Service will continue in effect until Client validly terminates the Service
- The Client may cancel his/her service at anytime by emailing [email protected] and then following the specific instructions indicated to the Client in Ghana Web Design’s response
- The Client upon cancellation of service will not be entitled to any refunds of any fees
- The Client’s website or advertisement will be taken offline
Prohibited Practices
Client’s may not utilize the Service to provide, sell or offer to sell the following: replicas; controlled substances; illegal drugs and drug contraband; weapons; pirated materials; instructions on making, assembling or obtaining illegal goods or weapons to attack others; information used to violate the copyright(s) of, violate the trademark(s) of or to destroy others’ intellectual property or information; information used to illegally harm any people or animals; pornography, nudity, sexual products, programs or services; escort services or other content deemed adult related.
Changes to Services and Pricing
Ghana Web Designs reserves the right at any time, and from time to time, to modify or discontinue, the Service or any part thereof with or without notice. Ghana Web Designs will not be liable to the Client or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
